Connect Sophia Resource Data to the Platform!

Beginning April 2024, Sophia customers can automate the connection between their data management application and the National 211 Data Platform. The Sophia API fully automates the movement of data with no involvement from 211 customers, other than requesting an API key from Sophia. A 211 with an account on the NDP shares the key with the NDP support team, who then configures the platform to pull data from Sophia. Currently, data is updated once per week.
