When your organization created an account on the National 211 Data Platform, an administrator account was created and an email sent with the administrator's user ID and temporary password was sent. Instructions for creating a permanent password are included in the original email, however, you may forget your password or you would like to update your password. You can always contact support to reset your password, but you may also reset your own password here. Enter your administrator email (e.g. admin-211bedrock@211.org), then enter your verification code to receive a temporary password. Use this temporary password to create a new permanent password. You now can log into all 211 services using your administrator account. Still having trouble, contact the NDP support team, and we will get you back up and running.
